Larger-than-expected empanadas (some creative flavors, some very traditional ones); I enjoyed my meal but waited a long time because not everything was ready at the same time. Given the size of these very-generously-portioned empanadas, it's a worthy stop. Not a meal to remember, but definitely a good meal nonetheless. Service is slow but considerate, and the shop looks great.

I'm a huge fan of dulce de leche so this place is one of my favorites when I get that craving. I love their alfajores! It is generously heaped with dulce de leche and the cookie portion is rich and buttery. They also dust it with coconut flakes that add an extra depth of flavor. I also love their dulce de leche cannoli. It has a crispy pastry, loaded with filling and has a chocolate piped interior. The lady at the counter is always so nice and they recently renovated and added a quaint patio area.

Been wanting to eat empanadas, so decided to try this place. The interior was cute and small. Outdoor seating was nice too. The empanadas were big and worth for its price $4-4.50. The spinach and cheese was the best! Spicy beef was the next best, then the chicken. What made the empanadas ten times better was the delicious sauce on the side which tasted like basil garlic oil. The pastry was a tad bit too thick though. Wish it was more flaky and thin, but I think that's what empanadas are! I decided to try the sweet beef empanadas, but didn't read that there were raisins inside. I did not enjoy that one. The chocolate cannoli was surprisingly good, but again, the pastry was too thick. The drive is pretty far since I don't live in OC, but this place is worth the visit.

My husband has become really picky about choosing Argentine restaurants since he is with me (an Argentine) But when we came to this restaurant he loved every food, he actually said the choripan was the best one he has ever tried! (And he had tried so many) Also the owner seems really nice, it's nice to hear other people speaking with your own accent when you're so far away from home! The place in general seems really nice and clean. The AC was working perfectly too. I loved all the desserts, specially the "volcano". They also sell a few candies from Argentina that are really good! In overall I'm really happy with the experience!
